Uninstall Antivirus in Control Panel
Press Windows + R, Enter appwiz.cpl to open Control Panel
Or open Control Panel in Start Menu.
Double-click or Right-click on the program to uninstall, just follow the steps.
Tip: If you can’t find it in Control Panel, please download and reinstall it. Or uninstall it by CCleaner.
Uninstall Antivirus by CCleaner
If you can’t find the program in Control Panel, please download CCleaner to uninstall it, click here to download CCleaner (15MB, Free)
Be careful when you install CCleaner, I don’t think you need Free Avast.
Open CCleaner, tap Tools > Uninstall, select the program you want to remove from the list and click Uninstall.
Uninstall Antivirus in Safe Mode
Safe Mode, means nothing can do shit in Windows.
If you can’t uninstall it in Normal Windows Mode (Maybe it says “Protected” or somthing , or after reboot it installed again), then you have to uninstall it in Safe Mode.

Important: select Safe Mode. Do not select Safe Mode with Networking.
