What is Windows Task Manager?
You can use Task Manager to srart or end applications or processes, or stop Windows services, enable or disable startup items.
Way1: Ctrl+Shift+ESC
Press Ctrl + Shift + ESC altogether to open Task Manager. It works for Windows 10, 7, 8.1, Vista and XP.
Way2: Ctrl+Alt+Delete
Press Ctrl + Alt +Delete altogether, and then click Task Manager. It works for Windows 7, 10, 8.1, Vista and XP
Way3: Right-click on Taskbar
Right-click on Taskbar to open Task Manager. For all Windows Versions.
Way4: Run taskmgr
Press Windows + R, Enter taskmgr or taskmgr.exe to open Task Manager
Way5: CMD taskmgr
Open Command Prompt or Windows PowerShell. Press Windows + R, Enter cmd to open Command Prompt, see more ways to open Command Prompt or Powershell
Enter taskmgr or taskmgr.exe to open Task Manager
Way6: Search in Start Menu
Search taskmgr in Start Menu search box.
Way7: Windows + X
Press Windows + X, or Right-click on Start Button , select Task Manager and click it. (For Windows 10/8.1 )
Way8: File Explorer or Windows Explorer
Open File Explorer or Windows Explorer ( This PC, or Computer, or something else), Enter taskmgr or taskmgr.exe
